About The Position

Key Program seeks a Program Supervisor for their DCF Emergency Residence/ Intensive Treatment Residence program serving up to nine (9) adolescent girls. The Program Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program and maintain a structured, therapeutic, and trauma sensitive environment where youths can thrive. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human services related field is required
One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in a residential setting.
A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for employment.
All candidates must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Manage all areas of the residential program’s administration, youth and family services, and staff professional development and training
Work collaboratively with external service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated approach to care.
Promote trauma-informed and person-centered philosophies within the program to promote emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being of children/youth.
Ensure youths receive quality services that comply with DEEC regulations and CARF accreditation standards
Participate in regional on-call rotation with administrative/supervisory/clinical team.
