Sevita provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, aiming to help every person live well and have a fulfilling career. The Program Supervisor role is critical to expanding access to services and developing new and more effective ways of delivering supports. This position involves facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), participating in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight, and supervising a team of Caregivers. Program Supervisors also provide direct support to individuals with daily activities like meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. A significant part of the role includes facilitating community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation. This opportunity allows individuals to gain supervisory skills and experience while directly impacting the lives of those served.
