This Program Supervisor role is critical to Sevita's success as a mission-driven organization focused on expanding access to services and developing effective ways of delivering supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position involves facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and performing various administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. The supervisor will lead a team of Caregivers, providing direct support to individuals with daily activities like meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Duties are split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision. The role also includes facilitating community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
