As the Program Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team providing day treatment short-term stabilization services to youth as they build the skills needed to thrive at home, in school, and in their community. You'll oversee clinical quality, program operations, staff development, and safety while ensuring a supportive and engaging treatment environment. In partnership with leadership, you will strengthen key relationships and support the continued success of the program. Our Program Supervisor will collaborate with the Program Director to recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. The STEP (Skills, Transitions, Exploration and Progress) Program is located in Salinas, CA. STEP provides intensive, day treatment short-term stabilization services to youth, ages 12 - 17, for an average of 15 days. Our goal is to reintegrate our youth into schools and the community with lower levels of outpatient mental health treatment. All groups are designed to teach youth the skills necessary to help them learn about their mental health, provide psychoeducation, and help them learn skills to feel better and be safe.
