About The Position

Lutheran Services in Iowa is seeking a compassionate, dedicated full-time Program Supervisor for its Mental Health team. The supervisor oversees community-based therapists who provide direct therapy to assigned clients, reviews case notes, monitors compliance reviews, and provides other case management supervision. The role also maintains effective relationships with community partners and referral sources. The Program Supervisor maintains a working caseload and provides direct therapy services, including developing treatment plans that address mental health needs identified through assessment and diagnosis and support improved client functioning.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling.
• Temporary or full license to provide mental health services.
• At least two years of full-time related experience.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass an extensive background check, including Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and a criminal history check.

• Proven record of supervisory experience.
