About The Position

The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and delivery of services within an assigned program. This role provides leadership and direct supervision to program staff, ensuring high-quality, client-centered services that align with organizational goals, policies, and regulatory standards. The Program Supervisor facilitates team communication, supports staff development, and ensures program compliance through performance evaluation, record review, and ongoing quality improvement efforts. Additionally, the position fosters partnerships with community agencies and stakeholders to support client needs, promotes a positive and inclusive work environment, and contributes to strategic planning and innovation within the program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the behavioral sciences (social work, psychology, or human services) or a related field from an accredited college or university AND 2,000 hours (1 year) of experience in the delivery of service to persons with mental illness
  • OR Qualified as a mental health practitioner within the State of Minnesota by one of the following: At least 30 semester/45 quarter credits AND 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the provision of mental health services. OR 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the provision of mental health services.
  • 2 years of experience leading the provision of services to people with mental illness is required.
  • Previous professional experience supervising employees.
  • Must not be actively receiving services from Guild and must not have received services within the last two years.
  • A valid Class ‘D’ Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, satisfactory driving record and necessary insurance.
