About The Position

SAGE Counseling is seeking a Full-Time Program Supervisor in the Greater Phoenix area to oversee clinical staff conducting assessments and intakes for new clients. This role involves providing orientation, supervision, training, and support to Assessment Clinicians. SAGE has offices throughout Maricopa County, and the specific office assignment will be based on the candidate's location. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $71,000 per year.

Requirements

• Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
• Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level Licensed (LPC or LCSW) - (licensed by AZ-BBHE)

Nice To Haves

• At least two (2) years’ experience providing behavioral health/mental health services, including conducting intake assessments and diagnosing
• Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical staff conducting assessments and intakes for incoming clients.
