About The Position

Compass Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Program Supervisor to lead our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in Skagit County. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide both clinical and administrative oversight for a dynamic team supporting individuals in crisis across diverse community settings. Our MCOT team delivers crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization services in the community—homes, shelters, schools, and beyond. We partner closely with law enforcement, hospitals, and other community agencies to ensure rapid, recovery-oriented care that prioritizes safety and client empowerment.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (MA/MS/MSW) in a behavioral science field.
  • Current WA licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience serving adults, children, and families.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid WA Driver’s License, vehicle, and insurance (if applicable).

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
  • WA State Approved Supervisor Training (or ability to complete prior to providing supervision).
  • Deep clinical expertise across age groups and systems of care.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to build a high-functioning team.
  • Strong understanding of crisis intervention models and behavioral health systems.
  • Excellent time management, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative, flexible, and recovery-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team.
  • Oversee hiring, training, evaluation, and development of staff.
  • Ensure service delivery meets agency and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor compliance with billing, documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager on program operations and community partnerships.
  • Deliver direct crisis services and support complex client cases as needed.
  • Uphold standards of accessibility, equity, and client-centered care.
