As the Program Supervisor II for the Blackburn Recovery Program (BRP), you will play a pivotal leadership role in an innovative, mission-driven program dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery and housing stability. You will oversee daily operations, mentor and support a multidisciplinary team, and help drive services that integrate housing, healthcare, recovery support, and employment resources under one roof. Central City Concern is an innovative nonprofit agency providing comprehensive services to single adults and families in the Portland metro area who are impacted by homelessness, poverty and addictions. The Blackburn Center (clinic side) is a federally qualified health center offering services with an emphasis on substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, behavioral health and primary care. The clinic is connected to Blackburn Center Apartments. The clinic has an on-site pharmacy and employment services with a branch of the Community Volunteer Corps (CVC) program. The Blackburn Center combines supportive housing with an on-site health care clinic, pharmacy and employment services. Blackburn Center Apartments is a six-story apartment building located in the Hazelwood neighborhood of SE Portland, consisting of 90 single-room occupancy units and 34 studio units.
