Under administrative supervision, performs advanced level professional duties and serves as the program unit supervisor for the Medical Care for Children Partnership (MCCP). Manages a multidisciplinary team to ensure the accurate and timely determination of MCCP eligibility and the coordination of supplemental health resources. A primary responsibility includes the generation and distribution of comprehensive monthly program reports to key stakeholders, including medical homes, pharmacy providers, the Health Department, and the MCCP Foundation. Serves as a key member of the hiring panel, conducting candidate interviews and providing recommendations to ensure the selection of highly qualified staff. As a member of the management team, the Human Service Worker (HSW) IV identifies service delivery gaps, develops MCCP-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintains strategic partnerships to ensure program integrity and operational excellence.
