About The Position

Merakey is seeking a Blended Case Manager Supervisor to join their team in North Philadelphia, PA. This role is responsible for the daily oversight and coordination of program operations, staff supervision, and service delivery. The Program Supervisor ensures high-quality services, supports program staff, and promotes positive outcomes for individuals served. This role may also maintain a small caseload while providing leadership and operational support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents
  • Valid Driver's License, clean driving record and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and support program staff to ensure quality service delivery and professional development.
  • Assign workloads and responsibilities based on program needs and staff strengths.
  • Conduct regular staff check-ins, provide performance feedback, and support ongoing training initiatives.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals served by enforcing program policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations while following established protocols.
  • Monitor program activities and service delivery to ensure compliance with organizational standards and program goals.
  • Coordinate daily operations and facilitate communication between staff, participants, families, and internal departments.
  • Serve as a resource for problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous program improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports as required.
