About The Position

The Training and Rehabilitation Center (TRC) is searching for a dynamic Program Specialist who is eager to inspire and empower participants—adults with a history of acquired or traumatic brain injuries. This role offers the unique opportunity to put your stamp on our curriculum and develop innovative programming that encourages participants to live their fullest lives. The position involves planning and executing evening and weekend activities, building skill-building opportunities, fostering creativity through newsletters, and inspiring growth by participating in the continued evolution of programming.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with individuals with brain injuries or in rehabilitation settings is a plus but not mandatory.

Plan and Execute Engaging Programs: Craft and implement exciting evening and weekend activities tailored to a small group of participants.
