About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to support employees and individuals served in assigned programs throughout Cumberland County. The role provides leadership and support and coordinates the development and implementation of individual assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education and skill development for individuals and their support teams. This is a full-time, non-exempt position paying $27.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Meet one of the following educational and experience requirements: a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism; a master’s degree or higher and one year of such experience; or a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing, and to read, interpret, and apply written information.
• Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and learn web-based systems.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a properly insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances.
