About The Position
CLEAResult is seeking a Program Specialist to support smooth delivery of projects and programs, internally and externally, while following program, practice, and operational guidelines. Program support work may include data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. This is a remote role available within Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Delaware, or the District of Columbia.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience with customer and client engagement.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage program data and conduct analysis.
- Support program scope reporting and goal setting, and interact with clients and accounts.
- Train team members, review work quality, oversee timelines, address system functionality, and drive process improvements.
- Produce regular reports while ensuring compliance with contract terms, relevance of content, and professional presentation.
