About The Position
The Training and Rehabilitation Center (TRC) is seeking a dynamic Program Specialist to inspire and empower participants with a history of acquired or traumatic brain injuries. Requirements
- High school Diploma/HiSet
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping others achieve their goals.
- Valid Driver's license

- Previous experience working with individuals with brain injuries or in rehabilitation settings.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly brain injuries.
- A Creative Visionary who is enthusiastic about designing innovative programs that build skills and foster connections.
- A team player with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of leading a small group and inspiring others to participate.
- An adventurous spirit ready to have fun while making meaningful contributions!
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging evening and weekend activities tailored to a small group of participants.
- Support and collaborate with the team to create fun and meaningful skill-building experiences, such as starting a bowling league or hosting dinner outings.
- Develop engaging newsletters featuring movie reviews, recipes, and other content, allowing participants to share their voices.
- Participate in the continued evolution of programming, utilizing unique talents to create a vibrant and fulfilling environment for participants.
- Inspire participants to thrive and embrace life.
- Bring ideas to reality and contribute to the growth of the program.
