About The Position

Under the direction of the Director of Special Education and Student Services, or designated supervisor, develops, coordinates and assists in supervising programs for special education students; assists in the development and implementation of district policies and budgets relating to the district program responsibilities; provides leadership in articulating and coordinating the programs through the various district organizational levels; assists site level administrators and/or the Director of Special Education and Student Services in the evaluation of certificated and classified personnel within specified program areas.

Requirements

• Valid Education Specialist Credential or Pupil Personnel Services Credential and a California Administrative Services Credential
• Master's Degree in an educational related field.
• Copy of valid credentials
• Resume
• Copy of Transcripts
• Two References (one reference must be a supervisor)

Nice To Haves

• Three (3) years successful practical public school experience as a school psychologist and/or as a special education teacher/specialist is preferred.
