Program Specialist - Youth Sports
About The Position
The Goochland Family YMCA is seeking part-time sports enthusiasts to help facilitate a range of sports programs. The organization is looking for someone with experience in Cheer/Dance, Gymnastics, Ninja Warrior, and Lego. Applicants interested in a specific sport but without experience may receive training. The role involves helping with practices, games, and clinics, and requires availability on weekday evenings and weekends. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. Requirements
- Know the basic rules of the sport.
- Work well with young people.
- Be able to multitask.
