The Sport and Recreation Branch is looking for dynamic, energetic, professional, and qualified individuals to instruct Learn to Play Sports Programs for youth and adults. If you are an instructor and want to share your passion for badminton, pickleball, volleyball, soccer or basketball, then this is the position for you! By joining our team, you will play a vital role in building healthy communities and connecting with residents through the joy of sport. As a Sports Coach, you will bring your leadership skills and athletic passion to our vibrant recreation facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality, engaging, and progressive sport instruction to diverse groups of youth and adults. You will serve as the face of our Learn to Play programs, ensuring that every session is safe, inclusive, and tailored to varying skill levels. By creating a positive and encouraging environment, you will motivate participants to build confidence, learn new skills, and develop a lifelong love for physical activity. Your dedication will directly contribute to building strong connections with community partners and engagement participants across the city.
