About The Position

As a Program Specialist, Social Emotional Learning, you'll help students build the confidence, resilience, and skills they need to succeed in school and in life. Working directly within assigned schools, you'll partner with educators, families, and community organizations to provide individualized support, strengthen school engagement, and connect students with the resources they need to thrive. Through relationship building, case management, and collaboration, you'll help create safe, inclusive learning environments where every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in education, youth development, behavioral health, counseling, case management, social work, or a related human services field.
  • Experience coordinating services, supporting student success, and collaborating with schools and community organizations.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, families, educators, and community partners.
  • Passion for empowering youth and helping students overcome barriers to success.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of social-emotional learning, trauma-informed practices, or youth development.
  • A bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, Sociology, or a related field.
