Love. Unite. The Program Specialist reports to the Program Manager, ELOP, and is responsible for overseeing and supporting Program Coordinators who manage Group Leads at ELOP sites. This role ensures Coordinators lead effectively, uphold program quality, and maintain compliance with TCF and district standards. The Specialist provides coaching, conducts evaluations, supports training, enforces accountability, and implements procedures to ensure high-functioning, student-centered programs.
