Treasury Board and Finance (TBF), Edmonton – Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) is responsible for the collection of revenue and the administration of Alberta’s tax, revenue, and related benefit programs. The organization focuses on ensuring a fair, efficient, and effective provincial tax and revenue system, offering a balance between work and home life with options for flexible work arrangements. The Collections and Recoveries (C&R) branch aims to modernize service delivery through enhanced methodologies, technology, data analytics, and best practices to increase debt collection and recoveries across all portfolios and client ministries. Business Solutions within C&R provides a diverse scope of services to the Branch and to Alberta Government Ministries, in the support of Collections and Recoveries activities. The Program Solutions Analyst reports to the Manager of Business Services and plays a crucial role in coordinating and providing technical support and analyzing complex business processes across all portfolios in the branch. This position involves developing and coordinating solutions with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging data analytics to drive impactful business solutions, and integrating technology and business processes to achieve strategic goals, ultimately modernizing service delivery and enhancing operational efficiency.
