About The Position

Exciting Opportunity: Program Security Representative (PSR) We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented professional to join our team as a Program Security Representative (PSR) at the Waterton Canyon facility – “The Gateway to Space.” You will become part of a strong security‑focused team that supports multiple missions and customers worldwide. In this role you will play a key part in the production, launch, and operation of space‑based assets and programs, helping drive success across our global endeavors. About the Role Classified program exposure: Work on a variety of classified programs for multiple customers, gaining valuable experience and building a well‑rounded skill set. Early‑career acceleration: Ideal for early‑career security professionals; the position offers a unique chance to tackle diverse projects and grow professionally. Security ownership: Ensure the security and integrity of our programs, collaborating closely with the team to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements

  • Current Top Secret clearance
  • 1-3 years of experience in security or a related field
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive, classified information.
  • Team player who can collaborate across functional groups and influence outcomes.
  • Early‑career professional (1–3 years of security‑related experience) or a recent graduate with a relevant degree (e.g., Criminal Justice, International Relations, Information Security).
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct security assessments and implement risk‑mitigation strategies for classified projects.
  • Support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and the broader security team in day‑to‑day operations.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and customer requirements.
  • Provide briefings and status updates to program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between security, engineering, and launch operations personnel.
