About The Position

MTSI is seeking a Program Security Representative to provide security support for classified DoW technology programs. In this role, you will ensure compliance with national security directives, safeguard sensitive program information, and orchestrate security architectures to meet complex technological requirements. This position demands a collaborative professional with deep knowledge of DoW security policies, SCIF/SAPF accreditation processes, and national security systems. As a Program Security Representative, you’ll be a part of safeguarding Department of War initiatives that are vital to national security and technological advancement. You’ll be able to leverage your expertise while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on a high-visibility program.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years working in DoW program security for classified programs
  • Implementing security architectures for new initiatives
  • Interpreting and applying NISPOM, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies
  • Working with NISS, DISS, and other national security systems
  • Ensuring security policies are implemented effectively
  • Supporting SAPF and SCIF accreditation processes
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must possess an active DoW Top Secret (TS) security clearance (with SCI and SAP/CAP eligibility)

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage security for classified programs and ensure protection of sensitive information
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of NISPOM, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy to maintain compliance across all program security activities
  • Utilize systems (e.g., NISS, DISS) to streamline security workflows and communications
  • Lead efforts in securing and accrediting Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities and Special Access Program Facilities to meet established standards
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and visitors while communicating security requirements clearly and effectively
