About The Position

Perform as the task specialist for an assigned project and maintain responsibility for technical activities or analyses. Provide analytical support to project managers and directors while not having ultimate responsibility for managing the project. Coordinate with the product manager, deputy, project leads, and associated internal and external functional areas to provide input, maintain project status information, and prepare briefs, suspense responses, and charts, as necessary. Work with development and operational teams to develop detailed schedules and assist with keeping these schedules current. Maintain the overall master program or project schedule.

Requirements

  • Experience designing, developing, modifying, and maintaining detailed resource-loaded project schedules or integrating multiple project schedules into an overall master program schedule
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
  • Knowledge of project scheduling software tools, including Milestones Professional
  • Ability to interpret DoD, DA, and test guidelines and regulations concerning scheduling and program analysis requirements and techniques
  • Ability to provide programmatic support for integrated master scheduling analysis, contracting, earned value management systems, and production work tasks
  • Secret clearance
  • Associate’s degree

  • Experience using Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with the DoD acquisition and sustainment process
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefings
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including being self-motivated and working without supervision
  • Top Secret clearance
