Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to assure customer satisfaction in order for NuVantage to maintain our current customer base as well as to work toward broadening our customer base. Incumbent will provide customer support, training for customers and providers, client service, accounts receivable, contract renewal, business development, and provider contracting for NuVantage.
