Requirements

Associates and/or Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) to include the creation and manipulation of data
Experience in planning and organizing large meetings and/or events
Experience as office manager, human resources, legal assistant or other office administration functions, etc.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Business Rhythm creation and management experience
Demonstrated strong commitment to mission success and ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
Excellent presentation abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of setting up VTCs, teams and/or zoom calls.

Responsibilities

Support the FBM Program by providing for a flawless FBM experience to new FBM employees.
Be essential to instilling FBM culture across sites through morale opportunities, development and mission connection.
Create and update business rhythm calendars and meeting notices, create organized folders in Livelink, and assist with chart-review wall walks.
Make arrangements for meetings encompassing all meeting logistics both locally and at the remote locations.
Handle & coordinate precise/seamless customer visits/tours.
Prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as needed.
Frequent interactions with high-level Lockheed Martin and U.S. Navy executives ensuring effective Program protocol.
