About The Position

You will be the Program Quality Engineering Supervisor for the Quality Program Team. Requirements

  • STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Ability to manage the implementation and execution of program quality requirements
  • Knowledge of quality systems, demonstrated use of standard problem solving, troubleshooting tools and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.
  • Ability to obtain a secret security clearance therefore must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • STEM Degree at Bachelors level or higher preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of Aerospace standards: AS9100, AS9102, AS9103
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Working knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes
  • Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and execution of program quality requirements across all phases of the lifecycle.
  • Conduct contract reviews and flow down quality requirements to internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Establish quality budgets, cost commitments, and maintain an effective Quality Program Team business rhythm.
  • Serve on Risk and Opportunity Review Boards, nominate risks and opportunities, and drive "Return to Green" corrective actions.
  • Schedule and perform quality audits, ensuring Quality Assurance Plans are documented, current, and fully implemented.
