About The Position

You will be the Program Quality Engineering Supervisor for the Quality Program Team. Requirements

STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher or equivalent experience/combined education
Ability to manage the implementation and execution of program quality requirements
Knowledge of quality systems, demonstrated use of standard problem solving, troubleshooting tools and root cause analysis skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance therefore must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

STEM Degree at Bachelors level or higher preferred.
Manufacturing experience
Knowledge of Aerospace standards: AS9100, AS9102, AS9103
Working knowledge of SAP
Working knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes
Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and execution of program quality requirements across all phases of the lifecycle.
Conduct contract reviews and flow down quality requirements to internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Establish quality budgets, cost commitments, and maintain an effective Quality Program Team business rhythm.
Serve on Risk and Opportunity Review Boards, nominate risks and opportunities, and drive "Return to Green" corrective actions.
Schedule and perform quality audits, ensuring Quality Assurance Plans are documented, current, and fully implemented.
