Capture Program Quality Engineer (Data Analytics and Risk Analysis)
About The Position
The Capture Program Quality Engineer Staff- Level 4 (CPQE) applies the Quality Sciences to the program capture value stream through the data analysis and leading root cause corrective action efforts. This role supports new program events and proposal activities, often serving as the primary liaison among all quality functions during the capture phase of a contract’s life cycle. Key responsibilities include identifying actionable metrics from both existing and newly generated data, participating in program meetings, discussing technical requirements, flagging and mitigating risks, and coordinating with internal functional teams and customers during negotiations. Additionally, this role will be the primary POC for Vemo staffing plans and resource allocation assignments for the Quality & Mission Success organization.
Requirements
- Experience with data analysis tool creation (Tableau, PowerBI, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience developing processes and procedures for standard work
- Experience building relationships with internal and external customers
- Experience creating and delivering high quality, high level briefings
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards (AS9100, AS9110, ISO9001, FAR, DFAR, etc.)
- Must be a US Citizen for consideration due to security clearance requirements.
