About The Position

Provide cross-functional coordination between the program and manufacturing centers to ensure manufacturing commitments are met. Develop and manage Control Accounts which will include BOE generation for proposal, EACs, BACs, and reporting cost and schedule impacts to senior leadership. Present schedule/IMS updates to program senior management and discuss risks and opportunities to those updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a related discipline with experience in a project engineering, planning, manufacturing, resource analysis, and/or shop floor supervision capacity
  • Experience with Engineering and Systems Engineering development processes and all phases of development life cycle (to include proposal, design, qualification, requirements verification/validation, production and deployed system support)
  • Program/Project Management and/or Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
  • Experience supporting a production program
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Technical experience in low-rate manufacturing
  • Technical experience related to missile, launch vehicle, and/or space vehicle development
  • Requires cross functional coordination in project management
  • Project Management from inception to completion of a highly complex manufacturing process
  • Earned Value (EVMS) experience
  • Preferred experience in related SMD programs
  • Able to interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Contracts, Procurement, Quality, Administrative, Demand Management, and Management Personnel
  • Ability to articulate complex technical and programmatic issues to peers, management, and customers
