For more information, visit www.snpolytechnic.com JOB PURPOSE Reporting to the Associate Dean, Skilled Trades, the Program & Placement Support Specialist supports the delivery of Skilled Trades programs through in‑shop supervision, supplementary practical instruction, and coordinated shop operations. The role works closely with Instructors, students, support services, and industry partners to promote student success, safe and effective practical learning environments, and strong program outcomes. This position is expected to perform their duties using initiative, problem-solving, and positive communications under minimum managerial supervision. The Program & Placement Support Specialist is required to perform all duties consistent with the governance values and operating policies of Six Nations Polytechnic (SNP) while fostering positive relations with staff, students, stakeholders, and the community; contributing to a culturally supportive teaching, learning and work environment consistent with Hodinǫshǫ:nih/Rotinonhson:ni values of Ga’nigohi:yo:/Kanikoriio (Respect and the Good Mind).
