Raytheon is seeking a Program Operations Manager for the Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) organization within the Naval Air Missiles (NAM) Sub-Strategic Business Unit’s Tomahawk Portfolio of Programs to lead and manage various projects in support of both the Program Operations and Material Program Manager Teams. This includes supporting all the Strategic Make Centers (SMCs) manufacturing sites.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent and minimum 10 years prior experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience.
  • Experience and knowledge with the Raytheon Strategic Make Centers.
  • Understanding of PRISM / SAP and Visual Factory Dashboards.
  • Experience with proposal development and management.

  • Experience with data analytics and dashboard development to support metrics
  • Presenting to Program Leaders and Customers effectively communicating strategies and influential communications

  • Leading across multi-site operations, strong organizational and analytical capabilities with the ability to manage complex tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and influence program directors, factory leaders, and external customers while leveraging strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute the processes, standards and plans in support of the Operations, Supply Chain and Quality (OSC) strategy.
  • Be accountable to lead tooling procurement across the Portfolio implementing synergies cost savings and strategic planning in excess of $20M.
  • Provide Cost Account Management (CAM) support as needed.
  • Engage and support metrics for monthly Management Board Review meetings.
  • Provide support for proposals including writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Standard Bidding Tool (SBT).
  • Provide support as needed for Visual Factory including programming understanding of dashboard Program BI.
  • Provide support to the Material Program Manager (MPM) team for metrics, data analytics, presentations and supplier engagements.
  • Implement key performance indicators internally with Operations to ensure timely delivery to customers and adherence to the plan.
  • Lead initiatives focused on driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and efficiency across OSC processes (CORE).
