The Family & Community Partnership Division has a variety of integrated, and complex state programs with differing funding streams, hence a variety of purpose, goals and objectives. The successful candidate must have the skills to effectively work with outside constituents and to align programmatic goals with funder goals as well as Center goals. This division houses several programs that have high state visibility and are driven by needs of individuals with disabilities in New Mexico. Connecting funder goals, CDD mission/goals, HSC goals as well our national network's mission and goals is an important aspect of this position and requires the successful candidate to have knowledge of a variety of systems and institutions and the ability to align with these varying entities, and to successfully communicate that alignment to the rest of the division.
