About The Position

Abaka AI is seeking a Program Operations Associate to support the execution and day-to-day operations of active Program Management projects within their AI data operations organization. This role is designed to help Project Managers maintain operational efficiency, project organization, reviewer coordination, and delivery execution for fast-moving client projects. The Associate will work directly with Project Managers, focusing on project tracking, workflow coordination, guideline organization, operational follow-through, and daily project execution. This is an execution-oriented role for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. It offers high-impact operational support with significant exposure to large-scale AI data and annotation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with the execution of ongoing AI data and annotation projects
  • Track project progress, operational milestones, reviewer throughput, and delivery timelines
  • Help maintain project organization across trackers, documentation, guidelines, and operational workflows
  • Assist with reviewer coordination, onboarding support, and day-to-day project communication
  • Monitor operational issues, escalate blockers quickly, and support rapid issue resolution
  • Support quality control workflows and operational audits under Project Manager guidance
  • Handle high-volume operational and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate records across project documentation and internal tracking systems
  • Assist Project Managers with project reporting, workflow updates, and operational follow-through
  • Support multiple concurrent projects while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
