Academic Strategy and Affairs has an outstanding opportunity for four Program Operations Analyst's to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Academic Strategy & Affairs Information Services (ASA-IS), and as a member of the Student Systems Transformation (SST) project team, the Program Operations Analyst will facilitate the discovery of business processes that would need to be modified prior to implementing a new SIS; gather requirements to ensure that the future SIS is driven by user and business needs; and identify gaps where leading vendor solutions do not include functionality that meet UW requirements. The work should be flexible and scalable, allowing for the incorporation of additional decision points and data inputs in future cycles. This position will work in close partnership with Enrollment Management, tri-campus academic and administrative units, and UWIT to meet the university’s diverse, rapidly changing needs. A high degree of tact, customer service, diplomacy and confidentiality is required. This position supports business processes and systems that are essential to the success of enhancing the student experience, supporting faculty excellence and innovation in teaching and learning. Position will be hybrid on-site/remote telework, and eligible for up to 100% remote telework.
