About The Position

We're hiring an Outpatient Program Manager! Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, the Outpatient Lead is responsible for the successful management of day-to-day operations and clinical oversight for all outpatient therapy services (Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program). This includes, but is not limited to, staffing support, productivity, program growth, census development and reporting, and training and evaluating staff performance. The Outpatient Lead will work with the Director of Clinical Services in reviewing and evaluating services, assessing barriers and access to care, and always meeting regulatory standards.

Requirements

Master’s Degree from an accredited university in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, or another mental health related field.
Five (5) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
Current LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT (license issued by the State of Arkansas).
A strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation agencies’ regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws regulating mental health care facilities.
CPR and HWC/CPI training certification must be completed before providing direct care services.

Responsibilities

Overseeing activities directly related to the provision of the treatment for the Partial Hospitalization Program and the Intensive Out-Patient Program.
Managing and coordinating the activities of treatment services for the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Out-Patient departments.
Directing, supervising, and evaluating the work activities of the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Out-Patient Therapists.
Connecting with potential patients to communicate step-in/down opportunities and promote participation.
Assisting with reviewing financial documents and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement to determine areas needing cost reduction and department improvement.
Assisting with developing and implementing actions to meet financial goals, reduce costs and improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
Reviewing and monitoring work schedules, work hours, and staffing plans of the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Out-Patient Program.
Assisting with directing, coordinating, and managing the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Out-Patient Program financial and budget activities.
Working with the Director to establish and implement department goals, objectives, policies and procedures, conferring with Senior Management, other Department Heads and staff members, as necessary.
Assisting the Director to Ensure the facility is, at all times, in compliance with licensing and regulatory agencies, covering the provision of care and treatment program systems for the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Out-Patient Program.
Determining staffing requirements, interviews, hires and trains employees, manages staff performance, and participates in addressing performance issues.
Conducting and processing performance evaluations with staff in a timely manner, offer suggestions for improvement and set goals and objective for each staff.
Coaching and counseling staff, when appropriate, to maintain or improve performance.
Working with the Director to develop, implement and revise, as necessary, organizational policies and procedures for the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Out-Patient Program.
Assisting the Director with developing and implementing long and short-term facility projects, goals and objectives for the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Out-Patient Program.
Assisting the Director with data entry for reporting purposes, utilizing various data entry platforms (Midas, MS4, EPIMs, etc.).
Participating in community engagement opportunities as available and assigned.
Serving on facility committees and attending meetings, as assigned.
Covering group and other Therapist assignments as needed
Following and abiding by Company policies, procedures and Corporate Compliance Program, as applicable to role and responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned/required by this position
