The AI Infrastructure Fleet Health organization is responsible for improving GPU fleet availability by driving repair operations, operational governance, customer fleet health, engineering partnerships, reporting, and automation. Our mission is to build scalable operational mechanisms that enable Oracle’s AI Infrastructure to grow while continuously improving reliability, efficiency, and customer outcomes. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead our India-based AI Infrastructure Repair Program Management organization. This leader will manage a team of Technical Program Managers responsible for customer fleet health, repair programs, operational governance, partner engagement, reporting, and cross-functional execution. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong program management expertise, operational excellence, people leadership, and the ability to influence engineering, operations, and business leaders across Oracle.
