The Thriving Texas Families Program Manager will report to the Social Services Director and will be responsible for the oversight and general management of the Thriving Texas Families program. The purpose of this program is to operate a support network statewide that provides community outreach, consultation, and care coordination for women with an unexpected pregnancy, including prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal services. The goal of the program is to improve healthy pregnancies and deliveries, child health and development, and improve family dynamics. The Program Manager will provide oversight and guidance to direct care staff to ensure outreach and implementation of core services are completed to program design standards. This position manages ancillary staff, organizes schedules, coordinates the delivery of program core services, submits monthly reporting, participates in monthly contract calls, and provides leadership, training, ordering program supplies, attending community stakeholder events, and observation of staff conducting services. Core services of the program are for individuals eligible for services, including pregnant mothers, spouses, legal guardians, or foster parents who are pregnant or have a child between the ages of 0-3. Individuals identified in need of crisis support, referrals, case management, or mentorship.
