About The Position

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for leading and managing a large‑scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) program for a CDW customer. This role serves as the primary interface between CDW and Government stakeholders, ensuring contract performance, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction. The PM provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and accountability for staffing, reporting, and execution of all IAM program activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of project management experience OR, 9 years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs or projects of similar size and scope.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, contract‑driven environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading or supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs, a plus.
  • Experience supporting ISC (Identity, Credential, and Access Management) or SailPoint Identity Now programs, a plus.
  • Prior experience working with Government customers and contract‑based environments, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the IAM program in support of a CDW customer, ensuring successful execution of all contractual requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and/or Enterprise Services Center (ESC) Program Manager to address issues, risks, and contract-related matters.
  • Lead IAM initiatives, providing direction and oversight for program scope, schedule, budget, and performance.
  • Ensure all program deliverables, reports, and contract-required documentation are completed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support contract requirements, including recruiting, onboarding, and filling vacancies within specified timeframes.
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings related to contract performance, status reviews, and customer engagements as required by the CO.
  • Apply strong organizational, management, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure program success.
  • Manage projects of significant scope and complexity consistent with the magnitude of the contract.
