Program Manager with Strong Supply chain and Logistic experience
About The Position
We are seeking a Program Manager with strong supply chain and logistics experience to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. This is an onsite role requiring 5 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in program management, business operations, and supply chain analytics. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional workstreams, coordinating across multiple teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will need to effectively communicate with and influence senior leaders. Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL, data validation, and report building, is crucial. Excellent structured communication skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and define processes are also key requirements.
Requirements
- 15+ years in program management, business operations, supply chain analytics
- Proven ability to drive XFN workstreams, coordinate across multiple teams, chase inputs, and unblock dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management, comfortable pushing senior leads for deliverables and decisions
- Data-literate, proficient in SQL, comfortable with data analysis, can QA datasets and build reports
- Experience with data validation and governance workflows
- Excellent at structured communication, including status updates, escalations, and decision documents
- Self-directed, thrives with ambiguity, and can define processes where none exist
