About The Position

Looking for a role where leadership meets impact? The Worker is on the hunt for a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Workforce Development and Workforce Housing programs - and help people build brighter, more stable futures. What You'll Be Up To This isn't your average management role. You'll be the go-to leader making sure our programs run smoothly, hit goals, and truly serve our community. You'll guide a passionate team, strengthen partnerships, and use data to keep everything moving forward.

Requirements

  • Have experience leading teams and developing staff
  • Understand workforce development, housing challenges, or human services
  • Are both strategic and hands-on
  • Love solving problems and improving processes
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy

Nice To Haves

  • 3–5 years of program management experience
  • Background in social work, human services, or nonprofit work
  • Some travel between sites is part of the role
  • Occasional evenings/weekends for events
  • Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

Responsibilities

  • Champion program success by driving goals, performance, and compliance
  • Coach, mentor, and grow a team of dedicated staff
  • Build strong relationships with employers, landlords, and community partners
  • Turn data into insights that improve services and outcomes
  • Keep systems (like Salesforce & HMIS) organized and effective
  • Create a team culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and support
