About The Position

CACI is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support the mission objectives and needs of our Switchblade Family of Intelligent Digital Tuners and Switches customer. The work location will be Melbourne, FL. The Program Manager will oversee the successful execution of product delivery and RMAs in support of multiple customers. This role requires a results-driven leader with expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, and OEM product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex programs, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with DoD policies.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance
  • BA/BS + 10 years relevant experience. Experience in lieu of education may be acceptable
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience leading and influencing through cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with track record of successfully managing complex technical programs
  • Knowledge of DoD policies, acquisition processes, and IT governance frameworks
  • Understanding of engineering design processes
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification
  • Expertise in developing strategies and driving business growth
  • Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations
  • Experience supporting hardware production program
  • Current Secret clearance
  • Familiarity with DOD SIGINT systems for aircraft, vehicles, and/or ships

Responsibilities

  • Lead proposal efforts, working closely with engineering and production teams to gather inputs, as well as finance and contracts to piece together the pricing and the customer-facing quote
  • Use IMS to track cost, schedule and performance for multiple projects, IRAD efforts, and production efforts
  • Provide program execution and performance management by overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of contract deliverables; establish performance metrics, track key milestones, and manage risks to ensure program objectives are met
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Contracting Officers (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTR), and Government Program Managers
  • Provide regular briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership on program status and challenges
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal program staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve product delivery
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process optimization within program operations
  • Ensure program activities adhere to DoD regulations, cybersecurity policies, and contractual obligations
  • Mitigate risks by implementing governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and risk management strategies
  • Manage program resources, including personnel, budgets, and schedules in order to meet organizational goals
  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and mitigate risks
  • Mentor and manage a team of Project Managers
