About The Position

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex programs that drive measurable business value for key clients. You will oversee the full program lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while navigating multiple streams of work. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will champion process excellence, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment, including executive-level engagement. Your role will balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving, supporting teams to be autonomous, accountable, and high-performing. You will leverage your technical understanding to guide delivery decisions, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement. This position provides the opportunity to influence business transformation initiatives while mentoring teams and shaping client relationships.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience leading complex programs, with a focus on data warehouse migration and/or AI projects
  • Proven track record in consulting or client-facing project delivery, with a minimum of 5 years managing bespoke programs for external clients
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and IT delivery principles
  • Solid understanding of software engineering, data delivery, and architectural patterns to effectively guide technical teams
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders with gravitas and credibility
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor teams
  • Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, break down complex programs, and adapt methodologies to fit project needs
  • Familiarity with risk management, change management, and conflict resolution

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Omni, or Sigma
  • Prior experience leading data migration or analytics projects
  • Servant leadership mindset, proactivity, and excellent facilitation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-year programs using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, tailoring approaches to client needs
  • Define and maintain program scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues
  • Establish and uphold program governance, KPIs, and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
  • Engage, influence, and communicate with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, through reports, steering committees, and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver projects, ensuring clarity, alignment, and 360-degree feedback integration
  • Mentor and coach delivery teams to adopt best practices, enhance self-organization, and achieve operational excellence
  • Facilitate problem-solving, trade-off decisions, and recovery plans, balancing technical quality with delivery speed
