About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale digital experience programs. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional alignment, ensure timely delivery of initiatives, and manage complex programs across business and technology teams, enabling scalable and customer-centric digital solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Delivery Management in digital or technology programs.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, content management systems, and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and enterprise architectures (for collaboration purposes).
  • Experience managing integrations, APIs, and third-party systems.
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies (SAFe Agile is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar program management tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing digital transformation programs.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience in customer experience, personalization, or omnichannel programs.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics, performance optimization, and SEO.
  • Certification in Program Management (PMP, PgMP) or Agile frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
  • Exposure to headless CMS and composable architectures
  • Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Define program roadmap, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, marketing, and technology teams to gather and align requirements.
  • Drive execution across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Oversee delivery of digital platforms, content management systems, and integrated marketing technology solutions.
  • Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure scalable, high-quality, and high-performance solutions through close collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and governance processes (planning, reviews, status reporting, retrospectives).
  • Track program performance using KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks; drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate across global teams (onshore/offshore) to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and program updates.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational standards, compliance, and best practices.
