About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Program Manager who oversees multiple related projects to achieve an organization's strategic goals, managing budgets and resources, identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies for program initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Create and manage long-term program goals and objectives.
Plan the overall program and monitor its progress throughout the lifecycle.
Oversee and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Coordinate projects and manage their interdependencies.
Manage and allocate resources across various projects to ensure efficient use.
Manage the program budget and funding channels.
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.
Take corrective actions when problems or gaps arise within the program.
Manage communication with stakeholders, team members, and other departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Produce timely reports on program status to senior leadership.
Lead and guide cross-functional teams and support project managers.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program.
Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
Evaluate program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
Monitor profitability and ensure alignment of deliverables with the program's desired outcomes.
