The Program Manager will be responsible for the execution of both non-recurring engineering and manufacturing-based projects. The Program Manager will oversee a group of multi-level personnel on several concurrent projects and will oversee financial operations, scheduling requirements, and resource requirements for multiple projects. Will act as the primary project interface to the customer to ensure the overall contractual commitments are met. Provides progress report updates to upper management. The Program Manager will communicate project budgets, schedules, and requirements to project stakeholders. The Program Manager will also coordinate project planning and tracking with the project team for successful project execution within corporate goals. Additional Responsibilities: Actively seeks new business opportunities Executes Project Management personnel performance evaluations as assigned Maintains awareness of activities on which members are working Tracks and resolves personnel resource allocation issues Maintains a key set of project management skills Works with Director of Programs to ensure compliance with approved processes, standards and procedures Lead/participate in proposal development as required Must perform duties necessary for maintaining the Company's AS-9100/AS9110 certifications
