About The Position

Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is hiring a Program Manager to lead its Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents ages 13 to 17 and their families. The program is run remotely, with field outreach in the community to support its growth. The Program Manager owns census growth, referrals, operations, clinical quality, and compliance, and leads the virtual clinical team. AWA is Joint Commission Gold Seal accredited and provides family-centered PHP and IOP care across South Florida.

Requirements

• Must be based in Florida.
• Must be available for in-field outreach and occasional travel.
• At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health or clinical program operations.
• At least 2 years leading a team or program, with measurable results.
• Experience with census, admissions, or growth targets.
• Business development or referral relationship experience.
• Budget management and KPI reporting experience.
• Telehealth or virtual program experience.
• EHR experience.
• A private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet.
• Eligibility for a DCF and AHCA Level 2 background check.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Kipu EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the program at community events, schools, and provider offices.
• Build referral partnerships across Florida.
• Track and forecast census, and grow census and admissions conversion.
• Partner on marketing campaigns and lead generation.
• Manage the telehealth IOP schedule and coverage in Kipu.
• Drive clinical outcomes, NPS, and quality improvement.
• Maintain audit readiness for AHCA, DCF, Joint Commission, and HIPAA requirements.
• Supervise, hire, and develop therapists and Wellness Coordinators.
• Manage the budget, KPIs, and leadership reporting.
