About The Position

Golden Years is seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to oversee daily operations within our Community Living Supports homes. This role is responsible for ensuring effective scheduling, overtime control, staff oversight, and compliance with all program requirements.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of program management experience in CLS, IDD, or similar services
  • Strong experience with Therap system, scheduling, and payroll oversight
  • Knowledge of MARs and medication administration processes
  • Experience managing multiple staff and residential homes

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain staff schedules across multiple homes (12-hour shifts)
  • Monitor and control overtime, attendance, and payroll accuracy
  • Ensure all staff clock in/out correctly (EVV/ADP compliance)
  • Oversee and ensure accurate use of Therap documentation system
  • Ensure compliance with MARs (Medication Administration Records)
  • Supervise staff and address call-outs and coverage needs
  • Conduct regular audits of schedules, documentation, and timekeeping
  • Communicate daily with leadership regarding staffing and operational needs
