About The Position

Laurel Heights Hospital is a 112-bed facility located in Atlanta, GA, dedicated to providing compassionate mental health treatment to children and adolescents with psychiatric, behavioral disorders, and autism. A clinically skilled multidisciplinary team works to partner with youth and families in a supportive and therapeutic environment. The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the milieu, providing assistance to patients, staff, family, and senior leadership. This role also acts as a liaison to support the treatment team, clinical services, and direct care staff, ensuring appropriate documentation of client progress, incident fact sheets, utilization of special treatment procedures, and developing operational systems.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a residential-based treatment facility
• Management experience
• Experience in planning
• Experience in resource allocation
• Experience in training
• Experience in performance management
• Must maintain a valid Georgia state driver's license
• Current CPR (can be obtained on-site upon employment)
• Current HWC (can be obtained on-site upon employment)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
