About The Position

Merakey is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Westmoreland County, PA. The Program Manager plays a critical role in day-to-day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their identified Division. This position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants. Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services, with more than 8,000 employees supporting nearly 40,000 individuals and families throughout 12 states across the country each year. Requirements

Associate’s degree with 2 years’ experience in Human Services
High School Diploma with 5 years’ experience in Human Services
1-3 years Supervisory/Managerial Experience
