About The Position

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support programs in the Fort Meade, MD area. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your leadership, technical expertise, and DoD experience to guide complex programs supporting U.S. Government and military customers. The Program Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate all contract support activities, serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, and ensure program execution meets cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Requirements

• U. S. Citizenship required
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business Management discipline
• Minimum 10 years of DoD‑related program management experience supporting U.S. military or other Government agencies.
• Project Management Institute - Project Management Professional (PMP) required.

Nice To Haves

• An additional four years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all contract support activities.
• Serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders.
• Ensure program execution meets cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Lead program planning and execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Manage cross-functional resource allocation.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and incremental delivery.
• Coordinate technical and operational logistics.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, cybersecurity requirements, and organizational governance standards.
